    No one helped or cared
it Was terrible. The room was small instead of accessible for 2 handicap wheelchairs, the tv to dark to watch, no hot water, and to top it off more or less confined to room.

The hotel was very dingy and smokey. Despite signs stating the hotel was a smoke free zone. My TV did not work and the rooms were very dark and old decor. I switched hotels after my fist night. The one benefit was free valet parking but it did not make up for the

I wasn’t able to get any sleep! I was on the 25th floor and I heard continuously loud music. When I called the front desk they told me that they can’t promise me if they move me I won’t hear the music! Said I was on the 25th and if I can hear it there I’ll here it on another floor! No sleep and they didn’t have basic things like in room coffee! I will never stay here ever again!

    Not what we expected
We checked in about 30mins after hotel check in time. The guy at the front desk saw in our request for a higher floor and away from Fremont St. He said they have a room for us but it wasn't ready, they will call when ready. I told him no big deal, we will go wander. About an hour an half later the concierge text and asked how check in was and if we need anything. I replied with, we haven't go our room and have been waiting for a call for over and hour. Reply.. your room is ready. We head back, wait in line "again" greated by a different guy and he gives us 16th floor right by elevator right over the main stage. I told him we were supposed to have 32nd floor and we talked to the gentlemen to his left. They spoke.. came back with.. your room was given away. This is the room we have. No sorry, no let me see what else.. nada... Our stay was on a Thursday. Room was king corner, bed was comfy, water was hot, ac was so-so. Music was 7pm-1am, we just stayed awake till the music stopped. We tried the hotel, we wont be back.

    Great stay for the money
The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Our room was not ready at 8pm. They got us an upgraded room and $50 dining credit. The room was clean with an amazing view. Location of the hotel was in the middle of all the fun! Only thing is Freemont street is loud until 2 am so dont expect a quiet nights sleep.

The non smoking rooms smelled like someone was smoking in them while you where there. Sound proofing of the rooms needs work.

There was clothing from the previous occupant on the floor & the bed & pillows were lumpy & uncomfortable. The staff was fine, but the place reeked of chlorine.
