Bed bugs!!!
So the trip was good the first night cuz we got there in the dark so we didn’t see the room fully. When we woke up I notice big yellowish orange spots on the bed. Some of the sheets have red stains. So took those off the bed and slept with a sheet only. The tv kept turning off randomly when I was watching it. One of the towels even had a brown spot on it. Good there there was others. The send day when we woke up we notice a small bug crawling on me. Well when I killed it there was blood from it when I looked it up I found out it was a bed bug!!! So I jumped up and took the covers off and mattress cover and come to my surprise we found 5 more! Then when I called the manager one said “that she is not saying we brought them in but the other bed would have them” as they checked they found one and took a picture and then she asked what we wanted to do!! The other lady said we had to close 3 rooms the other day cuz of this situation! We packed up in trash bags and went straight to a laundry mat to wash our cloths and hopefully not bring them home. Never had a problem with this hotel before so I thought I could trust this hotel I guess I was wrong and still haven’t heard anything back from them!

Okay for the price
The bathroom sink had only a small stream of water that came out. The toilet clogged easily. I spilled some water on the floor accidentally and when I wiped it up, the paper towel was very dirty. I had been in hotel less than one hour. The AC was good and cold. TV size good. My wife liked it.

Skip it spend 5 bucks more and go somewhere else.
Room had hard water and random stains in the walls, the roller curtain had tears along it's edges. Our bathroom door required a slight lift in order for the door to latch and lock. I absolutely hated the pillows that instantly went flat to about 2in in height as soon as you layed your head on them. The lobby is quirky compared to others but sadly it isn't enough to make me want to give the tru line another try

Room was not clean. Window was broken. There was obviously a spot for a sofa or chair and that had been taken out of the room. The walls were paper thin and the neighbor had a dog that barked frequently and the walls were so thin I could hear the dog drinking water. The same room argued a lot, which would not have been a problem, except the walls are PAPER thin. I dont think there is any insulation between the rooms. The bed was hard as a rock. Overall a poor experience.

We had two small children. I guess made to much noise. The room below us complained. And service desk called us. Next time when someone comes in with kids. Put them on the first floor. Shower is broke. Other then that it was a good place to stay

Love the lobby area, with the pool table, breakfast was great! I got the bigger of the 2 rooms with the dbl queen beds, however upon checkin the rooms ac wasnt working and the mini fridge was leaking. Front desk was helpful they just switched us rooom BUT they gave me a smaller room than i reserved for.
