The property is rundown, definitely in need of an overhaul. Some of the carpet was being replaced while I was there. I was not notified in advance of the construction and I actually wasn’t even given notice when I checked in. No information was posted about how long the area was going to be closed, no hours were posted to get assistance at the players club. As a new player I couldn’t even get a card issued because the cashiers area didn’t know what to do and no one was in the membership area. One person checking people in and assisting guests most of the time. I checked in online and was supposed to have the room ready before I arrived however, it was not and I had to wait behind a Bus load checking in who arrived just 30 seconds before l. Not sure if there was food and beverages available during the time I was there Because I think the restaurant is closed. As with most casinos there is a resort fee, I don’t know what you get for it since I wasn’t parking in a car and they don’t have a shuttle from the airport . I won’t stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay but they were doi g renibatiins in the casino and was not aware. However the bathroom shower was a walkin perfect for my dad whom has troyble climbing in and out of a tub. Also the scooter rental service was perfect for my dad. Definitely returning to stay again

Unhappy!
The day I arrived, to find out that the casino was under construction! Someone should have told me when I made the reservation, yellow do not cross tapes were everywhere . Room was nice and clean except the mattress, it was horrible and when i brought it to the front desk attention i was told that the mattress is fairly new!

Good stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, beds comfortable, bathroom clean and good shower. Best value for money on Fremont St, if you can't stay at the 4 Queens, simply due to ridiculous resort fees.

Great stay
The hotel is in a great location and the setting of a train station brilliant. The room was very good with 2 double beds. Downside it was facing the freeway which was very noisy. The room I felt wasn't cleaned properly. The carpets weren't cleaned during our stay. Which I was surprised at. On the plus side, the casino was very good as was the triple 7 restaurant and bar where they had a great choice of home brewed beer at good prices and the staff at the bar were excellent. Would recommend to stay again.
