Sir Christopher Wren has become our go-to hotel as we depart the UK. It is close to Heathrow and beautifully situated. The staff is fabulous and very helpful. On our last visit, our flight home was canceled, requiring that we stay an extra night - the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.

From the moment one walks in, the staff is professional and the entryway is welcoming! My room was immaculate, the furnishings and bathroom were beautifully decorated, and the outside patio overlooking the Thames cannot be equaled. It is so close to the castle and shops. Everything was first class from the initial greeting at reception to the time we checked out. Pre booked parking was easy to find and only a stroll to the hotel. Reception staff were excellent. Nice clean room but beware that many rooms are across the road from the main building and you have to dart between them (not great when it was pouring down) for food or reception. Bedrooms doors are loud when they auto close and slam shut, a very disruptive night due to inconsiderate guests all hours. Amazing location for Windsor castle and right on the river. Superb breakfast and view from brasserie.
