Will not recommend.
Carpet and washroom tiles had stains, bath towels had holes in them and didnt feel clean, housekeeping didnt clear and replace my used mugs for my 4 nights stay. Bedsheets were very old and rough. Will not recommend. Breakfast area is very packed since 7am, the hotel serves large groups of day tour visitors.

Excellent customer servce.
Much appreciated warm welcome after a busy day. Room upgrade with drinks voucher, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary cookies which was a pleasant surprise. Room was nice and quiet. Ate in and the service was excellent. Good buffet breakfast in the morning (although on the second day it was just too busy with two coach loads of tourists all having descended for breakfast at the same time). Decided to eat in the second night and had a very good pizza with a side salad. All in all an excellent stay.
