Meh.
They charged 100 per night as a deposit. On a long stay that was a ton of extra money held by the hotel. 1200 dollars is an insane deposit. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Other than that it is an ok hotel.

Quiet, clean and a nice place to stay
The hotel is just off the Strip near Sahara and The Strat, and is very nice and quiet. The building was created as a casino, but all of that has been removed, which is part of what drew me to it. No casino in the hotel means quiet nights! The Barista Bar is excellent, and the restaurant is great too. I only ate breakfast at the Italian restaurant, and did not go to the steak house. I hope that they owners have plans to use the very empty space for some more guest amenities. It seems very empty. Maybe once the Fairgrounds get built out? The location is a little rough, being at that end of the Strip, but the DTLV Arts district is close by. That neighborhood is a vibrant and fun break from the casinos and themed hotels.

Comfort and Convenience
Really loved this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast provided each day had some great choices. The free parking was secure and had easy access to the hotel. We enjoyed that we were close to the strip but away from all the noise, and close to the Arts District, which gave us more choices to go to. The bus is nearby and it's a short ride to almost anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
