Nice Hotel, Spacious room....but no heating
Beautiful hotel and room was amazing. This is the second time we stayed here. it was amazing 1st time but unfortunately this time the heater was not working and would not shut off and continue to blow cold air in winter. Water from the shower kept going into bathroom floor and flooded the bathroom every time we take a shower. Someone needs to level the floor correctly. Lazy river pool shown in pictures was out of order both time 1 year apart.

The room was clean and a good size. Our tv remote for the living room did not work. Property is older so some fixtures like the washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and shower are old. Hard water. Pillows were not the most comfortable.

The common areas were very clean. The interior hallways smelled very fresh and pleasant. The pool area was closed because it was winter, but it looked beautiful. There was a Denny's attached to it, which was convenient. Our room however was worn. The toilet ran all night. Hot water for the shower was short lived. There was no silverware in the kitchen or a dishwasher. There were many stray cats on the property that the staff acknowledged and fed.

All the benefits of a timeshare
This is a timeshare property, so there were some unusual benefits, like a kids Game Center (which we used and enjoyed) a shuttle (which we used and enjoyed) and an on-site spa/massage (which we did not use.) The rooms were nice, clean and fairly updated. Our room had a jacuzzi bathtub and a full kitchen.
