Two night stay
The room was very comfy, the fire alarm did go off three times during our two night stay between 11pm and 7am. The recpetionist was very nice and was greatful we were understanding, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice for the inconvenience, but aside from that beautiful cozy room. The pools were not in use due to maintenance which was a shame, I can imagine when they are they are enjoyable.

I was kindly upgraded to a better room which was nice. The staff were all kind happy and very polite. One thing that put me off a bit was the place looks deralict when you 1st drive in. However the hotel is obviously putting a lot of effort into refurbishing the rooms as mine was nicely presented conpaired to some of the old rooms i saw. I would happily stay there again.

The staff was really friendly and nice. The place has new ownership and the rooms are being renovated. Room we were in was very clean only complaint I have is the smell , but that is everywhere. You get used to it. It will be a great place once the pool and the rest of the building is done

So so as pool looked not healthy and was In plan sight , I understand they r mid renovation mode and the inside of rooms where done there was still a lot of work to do there hope they get there good luck and parking lot was a little mix up as to where your rooms were

Overall the room was nice as it had recently been renovated, nice bed and sheets. However, the bathroom tiles still hadn’t been cleaned properly, the shower head leaked and was either boiling hot or cold, no hand towel rail. No iron in the room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed a bit dingy but the rooms were nice once you got inside.

I am annoyed that we weren’t told when we booked that the pool and restaurant were under refurbishment, we would have gone elsewhere had we known. Also there was no aircon in the room so in their summer it was really hot. The staff however were super friendly and helpful and it was a good base location for everything we wanted to do.

Bathrooms arent able to be locked, only one keycard given per room, swimming pool seems to be under maintenance for so long, worst of all, no air conditioning or fan provided. Going in summer is not good.
