Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise by IHG
"Fabulous stay. Excellent room and service. Breakfast was awesome"
Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise
"My partner and I spent our anniversary weekend here along with other typical Gold Coast adventures. The room was lovely, tidy and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing was we weren’t sure on how power worked (you need a second card) and after being asked if we’d stayed there before and said no, we had no idea so we weren’t sure. Otherwise check in was smooth and everyone was lovely at front desk. Parking is opposite the hotel and honestly rather affordable for multiple entry/exit (if you’re wanting to drive around) but it’s not a far walk nor a hard walk. Our beach view was slightly obstructed, however we got a lovely view regardless of the beach, city and hinterland because we were on the 24th floor but laying in bed and sitting on the balcony we had a wonderful view. We had a lovely time regardless and we’d love to be back as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us make our anniversary trip wonderful :)"

For a great value for money experience, it's recommended to stay for at least 3 to 4 days to fully appreciate the area's landmarks and cultural attractions. During your budget-friendly trip, you can explore an array of family-friendly activities, enjoy shopping and dining options, or take in the romantic beach vibes. With numerous theme parks and golf courses nearby, there’s plenty to see and do while soaking in the rich history and vibrant culture of the Gold Coast.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals for Gold Coast accommodation, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find great rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. By enabling email alerts or push notifications, you could stay informed about flash sales and exclusive promotions, ensuring you’re in the loop for potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed choices. With these features, you're more likely to spot the best hotel deals before they disappear.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate due to factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the season, so being flexible with your travel dates might help you save on your stay at a Gold Coast hotel. For those seeking something a bit different, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we’ll recommend alternative dates that could be more affordable, helping you to potentially secure a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be pricier, but thanks to the Gold Coast's fantastic public transport options, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even some lesser-known nearby towns, there's often great value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
