Very disappointing stay!
We were told we could park in the parking that was attached to the hotel for free but all the stalls said reserved. It was very unclear who they were reserved for. When we asked at the front desk they didn't know anything about it. There isn't any clear signage as to where the spa is located. We walked back and forth from hotel to casino until we asked a fellow guest and got directions. There were no clean towels provided in the spa area....they were all used. Good thing we had brought our own. The website regarding the buffet at the casino has not been updated as we came specifically for the prime rib and crab legs. They haven't had crab legs since before covid. They offered a turkey dinner because it was near Thanksgiving that we went...the cranberry sauce was disgusting and hubby couldn't even swallow it so don't know what was in it. We specifically asked if non alcoholic drinks were included with the dinner and were told yes by the hostess, however we received a bill when they brought the second one. This buffet dinner was very overpriced for what they actually offered. We will never stay here again and we did let our friends know about it when we got home.

I would stay again
First time staying here. Nice property...somewhat difficult to find your way around as its 2 buildings connnected by a walkway. Large casino! Food choices are ok...no 24 hour restaurant in a 24 hour casino seems odd. Rooms are nice, bathroom large. Both veru clean.

Ridiculous Resort Fees
Okay hotel. Nice room and bed. Next to noisy Skytrain. Otherwise a basic hotel with a Casino next door. Can not understand the $23/night “Resort Fee”. This is on top of prepaying for the room, taxes and other fees. Is charged at the hotel. For what? The pool use? There’s no resort or shows going on. Just another grab for cash.

Hidden fees galore
This hotel is getting very tired, but have a new age resort fee of 23 per night. With high resort fee they moved the free parking 10-15 walk from Hotel wing. The parkade is not safe with homeless sleeping and using it as a toilet. To make you even angrier about resort fee, they now charge 2% to use your credit card unless you use AMEX, wow Nickle and dime soon adds up to big bucks.
