Very disappointing stay!
We were told we could park in the parking that was attached to the hotel for free but all the stalls said reserved. It was very unclear who they were reserved for. When we asked at the front desk they didn't know anything about it. There isn't any clear signage as to where the spa is located. We walked back and forth from hotel to casino until we asked a fellow guest and got directions. There were no clean towels provided in the spa area....they were all used. Good thing we had brought our own. The website regarding the buffet at the casino has not been updated as we came specifically for the prime rib and crab legs. They haven't had crab legs since before covid. They offered a turkey dinner because it was near Thanksgiving that we went...the cranberry sauce was disgusting and hubby couldn't even swallow it so don't know what was in it. We specifically asked if non alcoholic drinks were included with the dinner and were told yes by the hostess, however we received a bill when they brought the second one. This buffet dinner was very overpriced for what they actually offered. We will never stay here again and we did let our friends know about it when we got home.
