"All of the staff members and the amenities offered were truly excellent, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout my stay. The gym facilities were an unexpected bonus, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine conveniently. I also have to mention that the location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable; it offered easy access to many nearby attractions and scenic spots. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, providing a breathtaking panorama each morning that added to the overall memorable experience. Without a doubt, this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, surpassing all my previous experiences. My son thoroughly enjoyed his time here as well, making wonderful memories during our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that I will cherish for a long time. "
"Highly recommend this hotel! Location can’t be beat being right behind the Zocalo. The staff and services were excellent! They were very kind and helpful with things like dinning experiences, taxis, etc. they have amenities daily including snacks, coffee, tea and free bottles of water. We will definitely rerun here when we go back to Mexico City."
