I only gave this property 4 stars because one night my partner & I came back to our clothes that were left sitting around in the condo hung on the balcony completely soaked. We enjoyed our stay Maya Villa. We booked a 2 room condo but we wer wanting the penthouse with hot tube. The gentleman at checkin graciously checked and got us one. We really appreciated his efforts in doing this for us. Once we entered the unit. They had wine, rosws and a greeting card for us since it was our Anniversary. Very nice. The unit was spacious clean with. Everything worked except for the coffeemaker but it was okay since we do not drink a lot of coffee anyway. The rooftops offered a great view with the ocean on one side. The lounger and sofa cushions were in of replacing. Some had stains and others were ripped. Also. The hot tub needed servicing. Overall, the stay was nice and we would definitely considwr staying there again.
