Not worth!
I booked this apartment as I came to Oxford for a business trip but decided to take my family as well with me. I send a message to say if would be possible to leave the luggage in the building as i had to work but the answer was no, which is fine, then it took long time for me to get me the information of how to get the key as I need to send my id pictures and holding Ids, which is fine again but I had to send the same emails 4 times as they could not see the attachment (?). Once I received the info of how to get the key I send them to my wife as I was still working. On the key holder box it stated A, B and C and on the apartment it was number 1 2 and 3, which could be confusing and in fact the key would not open the apartment assign. My wife made multiple calls which she was put on hold for very long time. By the time I finished work and reach the apartment it was 17:30 and my family was still outside...unacceptable. When I looked at the box somehow a new keys appear, which was not communicated to my wife and by 18:00 we could enter. I spoke with a lady on a phone, registered in London, that I was not happy and they need to take action about what has happen. The apartment we stayed in was number 2/B and has 2 bedroom, the one next to the bathroom was super noisy from the extraction fan that is on the roof and was really difficult to sleep. On the check out day the cleaning team enter the room at 10:20 am, when the check out is at 11.
