As always we had a wonderful stay, our room was on the 11th floor with amazing views of the city. Our check-in was with Mae and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Only one negative, the pillows are not good. Overall a lovely stay.

Great Hotel, superb value for money. Brilliant location with a few minutes walking distance of the Town and all it's attractions like Bettys and The Ivy, as well as Valley Gardens.
