This hotel was phenomenal. Literally the only thing I could say that is slightly negative would be that parking is limited, but I never had an issue. The check in staff was friendly, the room was clean, the shower had great water pressure, the AC worked effectively, it was quiet, the curtains were black out curtains, bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy. The location was really nice too because it wasn’t right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, but it was right on the outskirts, next to the mountains. There’s literally a beautiful hiking trail right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great! Location is a bit from central Queenstown but an easy 20-25 minute drive away. Its also close to the airport and other shopping in the area and near the river for convenient walks along the riverside.

Very clean facility with a helpful staff
The whole place seems well kept. We got there about 17:45, just in time to get one of the last two parking spots. There is limited parking. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She gave us ideas and helped us order a pizza delivery. The was a washer and dryer (and laundry detergent) in our room, but not sure about others. The room was clean and the a/c worker well.
