Excellent budget hotel
Really great value for money hotel. Rooms are basic, but has everything you need for a night. Staff were probably the most friendly and helpful I've come across in a budget chain and there was constantly someone cleaning so again one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Parking was easy and reasonable for London and theres also a shuttle bus to the airport (I didn’t use this so can't comment)

All the staff at this hotel were brilliant. Approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Only negative was that there wasn't any beer on tap they were all off so had to buy bottles and a couple of meals on the menu weren't available. Proper butter would have been nice at breakfast. Apart from that we had an excellent stay. The hotel was extremely convenient for the airport with a shuttle bus service which picked up right outside the hotel door.
