As hotel was very happy and break fast staff are very good
But the front people are miles away of customers service i m not sure if they do training but they should
First thing I walked in not even hello or whatever just straight away do you have a booking!
And many things not happy at all with them the both shift of my stay they need a training
And can someone tell them this is work place not home leaving customers waiting tell the both ladies finish their story….
I do normally spend 60 to 90k on hotel per year i will say this is the first time where i felt really bad and been judged by the cover maybe because i was tired and not wearing very well
