"Perfect hotel in Surabaya the pool is excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff we incredibly helpful. When checking in I mentioned we were gp9ng to Mt Bromo and the amazing staff member gave us hand warmers to keep warm. Small touches like this Mae a huge difference. Wpuld stay here again in a heartbeat beat. Have bot stayed at Shangra La before but because of this hotel wpukd do so in the future."
