Nice hotel
Hotel is budget priced, but its not budget feel. Its well situated at starrgate end, so its quiet but just a short tram ride into heart of blackpool. Rooms are very spacious,lift to all floors,free parking in front and on street behind.

Seaview literally was a sea view. The tram stop was directly opposite the hotel. The chef was good & I enjoyed my meal even eating more than I usually would. The road in front was busy but what do you expect with such proximity to the sea.? The lights were on which added to the enjoyment & i would stay there again despite a rather chilly shower (maybe I’m just best but I like a warm to hot shower). All in all a good hotel

The property was lovely and warm with the added bonus was the small kitchen ajacent to the bathroom, plus it was very quiet. There was free wifi and the room was clean and spaceous. The only complain was it needs blinds? Instead of voil panels which let in lots of light in the morning.

Enjoyable stay and lovely staff. Could benefit with some additional touches like in the advertised photos - I.e bedside table light. Some updating/fixing elements that weren’t working so well would also help as it made the room feel more like a 2 star rather than 3. Having said that I wouldn’t avoid staying here as it was a pleasant stay.

Great Hotel
Great place to relax away from the centre and across from the beach, staff are nice and helpful, great location and I recommend going to the Arminian kebab shop and Dunes cafe for food and boss haircuts for a trim, there all a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay 👍
