Nice and simple
This was pefert for our trip. A short walk to the train station 5-10 min train ride into Paris. The room had a nice full size bed we got some great sleep. This is more of a budget hotel so if that's up your alley you will love it. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cute stay just outside Paris
A cute little room for two for a price less than that of two beds in any hostel within the main city. Room is small but neat and cosy. Shared toilets on all 4 floors. Shared showers on 2nd and 4th floors. They have room options with included showers and shower+WC as well. We opted for the shared option. Pros 1. Great value for money, especially if you have your daily commute to and back from the city sorted. 2. 6 Euro breakfast option - we did not go for it, but it is a good option to have. You need to book it the day before 3. Calm neighborhood, with bakeries, kebab houses and schools nearby. RER station is 650m away. 4. One stop away from Gare de Lyon and three stops away from Gare Du Nord on RER D. Cons 1. Please note it is not served by a Metro but an RER station, so your Paris Visite and Passlib cards may be insufficient, without additional RER tickets or a Navigo Decouverte card 2. Floor squeaks a little, but our stay overall was quiet. 3. No fans or air-conditioning. But it was not a problem during our trip in September. 4. No lifts. This is normal in Paris, but something to consider if you have heavy trolley bags.

I didn't like the bathroom situation and it was very HOT no air-conditioning. No mention of no Elevator when booking and in France 2nd floor really means 3rd floor with our luggage it was a horrible experience going up the stairs and back down.. I didn't like how far it was from the city and how there are not taxis servicing the area at all times. You need to call a day ahead. I really did like the staff they were very accommodating and friendly.

I like it is very close (6 min away) to the subway station which makes it easy to get to any attractions in Paris. The city where it’s located is very secure to walk in at night when coming from Paris. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel during summer because it does not have AC and it’s extremely hot and leaving the windows open doesn’t help either because of the noise of cars at night. Breakfast is simple not as much as a “continental breakfast” as they call it. It’s pretty much a croissant, bread and coffee or orange juice. Bathroom and shower smell bad, even though the custodian “cleans” every day I guess. It’s a cheap hotel compared to others and you’ll be 12 to 15 minutes away from Paris main places.
