Sketchy unrealiable owner/ manager
We were advised to arrange with the condo owner/ property manager for keys prior to chrckwith
We were required to arrange with the owner/ manger to pick up keys prior to checking in. When I attempted to call them they had disconnected their phone without notifying myself or the booking agency. I had to track them down via hotels.com via calls on my own. There was a housekeeper who spoke no English, she gave me one key for a family of 5. I continually had to correspond via email to the manger who was impotent when requests were made for another key. Then they inisited on obtaining $200USD deposit. The service was limited, and they frequently would remove towels and leave threadbear rags in place/ often they did not replace enough towels and we would have to share despite booking for 5. Upon departure they had the nerve to ask for extra money for electricity. It's overpriced for the hassle and complication and lack of service.
