"We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with nearly everything. The service was exceptional, especially from Jimmi and Mia. Jimmi was a genuinely helpful and friendly presence throughout our stay, while Mia took care of all our tour arrangements, making things incredibly easy for us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was a great start to each day. Overall, our trip to Hanoi was fantastic, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received.
