"The location is good, near to the lake and also many good locals food. We’ve booked the family room on the 8th floor and have a little balcony for some sunlight and the room also so spacious, it fits perfectly the 5 of us. All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful.

This was the start of our 2 week trip in Vietnam and we enjoyed this hotel so much that we changed our last night's accommodation so that we would return here before going home. The airport pick up was really good, and the communication super quick and efficient. The staff were sooooo nice. We also used the spa, which was excellent and the rooftop bar, which was beautiful. The location is perfect for the old quarter and the lake"
"Decent breakfast with a different menu every day. Highly recommend trying the Pho-ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodles) from their breakfast menu. Anna also helped us to arrange a car to pick us up from the Airport and also drop us off. She also helped us to book an
incense village tour at the last notice and took great care of us. Love to come back with my family once again."
