"A fantastic gem of a hotel, slap bang in the middle of Hanoi. A two minute walk to the lake, and ten minutes from all of the attractions.
What makes it exceptional is the staff. They are superb. Anna and all of the team are knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and professional. Nothing is too much effort.

"A 4star boutique hotel located in the Old Quarter close to everything you want to see. Fantastic restaurants nearby particularly Met. Breakfast was locket consisting of fruits, sweets and some cooked meals varied each day. Eggs, omelettes French toast to order. A great start to the day. A particular highlight was Miss Jennie and the front of house staff. So friendly and welcoming, they became friends!! Jennie will organise anything for you. Wonderful day trips and cruises on Halong Bay. No to pre book she’ll arrange it all for you. We stayed here a week and will definitely come back!!

"The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was great and we had a wonderful stay!
We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. Super great to hear how quickly they responded and how proactive they are. "
