12 Minute walk to Paddy's Market. Everything is acceptable except that after 10 PM. if you have any guests they need to give their IDs and additional 50 bucks if and when the price of the room at the point of purchase is different for two or more people. Even my University dormitory was more lenient. I am not going to speculate anything here but to set expectations right, this should be mentioned before booking. And it will definitely be better if they call themselves Dormitory rather than hotel.

Good value, basic hotel in Ultimo, close to everything you'd ever need. Front desk staff who checked me in was wonderful and even though I only stayed about 12 hours, I felt great coming in and out. FWIW Light sleepers may struggle with thin walls.

Staff let me park my car before check in as i was going to an event. Walls were thin could hear the people in the next room clearly. Sheets were not breathable so got hot sleeping but overall these were minor things. i loved the stay Staff were helpful and polite.
