"The hotel was very nice and clean! The restaurant Bond 45 was very good and the Rum House bar was awesome, they had a live jazz band and great drinks! I stayed here to see a play and it was in the perfect location - walking distance to the theatre, and we got to eat before the play and have drinks after the play without having to walk all around the city. Would definitely come here again!"
"We had a clean room and a comfortable bed
Staff was very helpful, super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and well organized. Overall a very good stay.

"Hotel was great. Nice breakfast and liked outdoor rooftop. Was pricey but nice treat for drinks after dinner. Only complaint was no regular TV to watch. Conveniently located "
"Great hotel. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. So chancy when selecting hotels online but i was very pleased with front desk staff suggestions. Cafe was nice foe morning coffee. Location really good"
"We came on a family vacation and this Hotel was one of the best we stayed in. Good location and friendly staff. We just pick a bad time with the UN convention."
"I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for three nights, and honestly, the location can’t be beat. You’re right in the middle of everything — a couple of minutes from Times Square, an easy walk to Central Park, and close to the theaters if you’re catching a show.
Check-in was quick, though the lobby was always buzzing with people (big hotel energy). My room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and enough space for New York standards — not huge, but fine for sleeping and recharging after a long day out. I barely heard street noise at night, which was a nice surprise given how central the hotel is.
The gym was better than I expected — lots of equipment and well kept. Housekeeping kept things tidy and stocked without me having to ask. Wi-Fi worked well, which was important since I needed it in the evenings.
Downsides? It’s a really big hotel, so it feels more business-like than cozy, and the elevators can be slow when everyone’s coming or going. Food and drinks are pricey, but that’s New York.
Overall, I’d say the Sheraton is a great choice if you want a reliable, comfortable place to stay right in the middle of Manhattan. Perfect if you’re here to see the city and don’t plan on spending all day in your room.
Would I stay again? Yes — mainly for the location."
"The staff is always friendly. Love the bartenders at the main bar and at ‘The Roof’ always. Very convenient area, 15 min walk to Soho and 6 min walk to some of my favorite drunk night food stops like Prince St Pizza.
I always stay here when I’m visiting the city for events. A short ride to areas like Brooklyn as well, if you need to cross the bridge. The crowd is always a great mix but overall very hip."
"So fun and close to time square but enough away to not be too loud! Very friendly staff and very clean! Do not like the “cooler” concept instead of a freezer fridge. Especially with traveling with medication that must be refrigerated "
