If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to Indochina Plaza Ha Noi in Cau Giay. Our travellers also like the museums in the area – your cultural tour starts here. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander.
If museums are on your list, you might want to visit the upcoming exhibitions at Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in Cau Giay. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you want to see more of the museums in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh Museum isn't far either.
You can study the exhibits at Museum of Ethnology, a museum with a storied past, during your trip to Hanoi. Stroll along the lakeside or visit the shops in this culturally rich area.
"I booked 4 nights at the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel for my first trip to Hanoi and I couldn't be happier. STAFF: The staff was very polite and helpful; recommending things to do, looking for museums opening hours and even organizing a late check out as we had multiple flight delays. They also offered us a late shower, again due to our flight delay. That was an amazing service, specially considering how hot is Hanoi. Speciall thanks to Mia, Okami and Candy. LOCATION: The hotel is very well located; very close to the lake and not too far from the main attractions. There are also multiple restaurants, cafes and markets around the area. CLEAN: The room service was perfect and the room always clean and tidy. Flawless. BREAKFAST: The hotel also has a restaurant, same place where we have breakfast. The breakfast had vast options from vietnamise and western cuisine. I highly recomend trying the restaurant's Bahn Mi, it was one of the best in town. Our visit to Hanoi was better because of the service provided by you.

"All the staff were very cheerful and welcoming, which was a rare sight. Rooms lighting was great. Beds and bathroom were clean. Location is good within walking distance to the popular spots. Breakfast was delicious with a good spread of local and continental foods.. Highly recommended! Special mention to Anna and Angela who made us feel very warm and welcome!"
"The staff was really kind and helpful. Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was kind enough to bump our room to a more premium one. This was a very nice gesture. Location was top notch!

"We had a fantastic stay at the Champton Hanoi Hotel. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions.
What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Erin, who was always smiling and went out of her way to make sure guests felt welcome.
The breakfast buffet was also a highlight – delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
"The breakfast was an amazing thread, with foods from all over the world, representing many cultures. The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole). They also had a cook that would make you any kind of egg you wanted, including eggs benedfict, upon request. Very nice. "
"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment my Grab car (think Uber) pulled up to the building the staff was incredibly hospitable. I received a message via WhatsApp asking my time of arrival the day, I landed in Hanoi, asking my arrival time. Check-in was seamless with a welcome drink awaiting me. My room wasn't quiet ready as I arrived at 9am, so I went exploring and upon my return a few hours later my room was ready with my bags were already in the room. I used the laundry service which was great. Upon check out, I received a really beautiful tote bag as a gift. Stay here, centrally located, quiet and clean.
My one note is that I had a bit of an allergic reaction the day I just stayed in the room. I am highly sensitive to mold and dander -- it rained a bit, and Vietnam is very wet and humid, so those may be contributing factors. It went away as soon as I left so just a consideration."
