Excellent Hotel, staff & Location
Arrived in Auckland after a very long flight. Such a good location near the airport, staff so helpful and friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception great while you wait for your room. Beds really comfortable and room lovely and clean. Butterfly Creek 10 mins walk away and such a good place to visit, highly recommended. Food places and shops all within 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others. Thank you for a great stay and start to our New Zealand trip

Great for a short stay.
Used as base for airport stay over 3 days. Shuttle service provided from/to terminal at $8 one way, $6 the other, although we walked (about 10 mins). Hotel clean and in excellent condition throughout, from reception to rooms to all public areas. Staff very warm, friendly, welcoming & efficient. Rooms clean, in excellent condition with very comfortable bed, good quality sheets and a variety of different pillows. Hotel offers breakfast, plus snacks from machines, and there are a variety of fast food outlets, plus stores all within easy walk. Enjoyed this stay, our second stay here. Looking forward to the next one.

Got in last midnight, front desk staffer offered late checkout to 11 which was greatly appreciated and indeed used. Thanks to Benson, room is small but you get what you pay for, place thoroughly does the job and if needing an overnight stay near airport, is definitely a worthy cost effective alternative to the Oullman or novotel

Nice enough for an overnight.
A tiny room not a great deal bigger than the double bed that wasn’t overly cheap either. It involved some negotiating around the bed for two people coming and going and repacking luggage for an airport departure. But we managed. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice. 20 minute walk to the airport to save $6 each on the bus pushing our bags on one of the many airport trolleys left outside the hotel. The trollies even have their own station. There is a complimentary range of cereals for breakfast between 05:00 and 07:00 that we did not know about and a super coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine available at all times in reception in the dining area you can eat your take away in.

Nice Hotel
Ideal for an overnight stay before a flight back to the UK. Comfortable and very clean with friendly staff. There are shops and restaurants nearby and a particularly nice restaurant next door. Have used before and will use again if the opportunity arises.

Best Value for money at Auckland Airport
IBIS was perfect for our needs. Even though the room is compact they manage to provide all that you need for a comfortable nights stay. Even a hairdryer which i didnt expect. Lovely community area where you can make a coffee, some toast perhaps or eat a meal that you have provided. Some parking available right outside. Nice Restaurant next door and a shopping centre across the road. Shuttle bus available for a small cost to take you to the airport or bring you to the Hotel. Top marks from me.
