We picked Liberty Apartment Hotel for its pet-friendly policy, lovely rooms, central location, and reasonable rates. These aspects all delivered, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. The receptionists and housekeepers were always quick to provide additional amenities (more toiletries or towels, etc.) during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized we left behind an extremely sentimental item (our child's irreplaceable stuffed animal) in the linens. The staff--especially Fabian--went out of their way to ensure they double- and triple-checked the room we stayed in, and even contacted the linen company to return our beloved item. We could not be more grateful for their service throughout our stay and even after we left. If you book with them, you (and your pets!) will be well taken care of."
"Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids felt welcome here. Supringly quiet and dark rooms, loved the curtains on the bunks.

"We had a one bedroom apartment for a 2 night stay and it was very spacious and clean. Large comfortable bed and ideal to have dryer and washing machine available too. Parking was additional but reasonably priced and we could come and go as often as we wanted (even gave us a more spacious park to accommodate our large vehicle). Check in was easy and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! "
