"Loved the rooftop pool with the cabanas, very relaxing. Only negative is the price of cocktails would have ordered more often if they were a reasonable price. We stayed here for over 2 weeks, thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was absolutely beautiful — so peaceful, yet very family-oriented. Our daughter loved the kids club and the waterslide, and the pool areas were pristine. "You can’t go beyond the bungalows which are private and quiet but ask for one not on road side. This is our second visit and the only minor complaint I could say that the pool staff use to walk around offering food and beverage menus but this time we had to go up to the bar to order. This is being very picky, but it was a very nice and appreciated Service that does not seem to exist now. Other than that, we absolutely love this place."
