Pleased.
We were very pleased. Staff was accommodating. Nice continental breakfast area with very good coffee. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with linens.

Great location, not great person at front desk.
I have mixed reviews. The location itself was fantastic. We walked everywhere. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I was overcharged by $100. I stopped at the desk and the one man said I was and it would be fixed and to check back in the morning. He was very friendly. When I checked in the morning, the woman was rude and condescending and said I wasn't overcharged. She explained (after I asked many many questions) it was the deposit. If that was true, why didn't I get that $100 back then? This was really my only negative to the hotel.

We stayed for SNL Standby line. Very clean room!! Everyone we talked to was incredibly nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was cold but we were too tired to try and turn the heat on, it was fine with a sweatshirt on. Super close to 30 Rock a really great location. I recommend people stay here when doing Standby line!
