"The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!"
"The highlight is the breakfast! I also appreciate the shower with great water pressure, with the rain shower and detachable shower head, hot in 20 seconds. A+"
"To be honest I have no complain about my stay, the hotel was on La Gran Via, close to everything, and the staff and room were phenomenal. Special thanks to Ivan, the security guard of the hotel(El boricua salsero), he was super helpful and awsome with us, very friendly and informative, bless his heart."
