"The staff were wonderful and accommodating & it felt welcoming right from the start. Wish I had checked out the restaurant at the top!
The pool is amazing, but strange set up with lounges/chairs. Would be great to have more loungers. The gym is the BEST! Great set up, clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. The Spa looked incredible, although we didn't make a booking there.
The "Harbor Views" were the only downside, we just looked out on a busy highway, but all good- the amazing location made up for it. "
"Very much enjoyed our stay. Views of the harbour are outstanding. We were on the 13th floor so train noise didn’t bother us. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice. The special choice of 2 or 3 course dinner for hotel guests was superb so we did it 2x. They do the same one 2 days in a row, then change it, so be careful of that. They give you a glass of sparkling wine with it. Very nice staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Forgot to mention to go to Central Station and buy a train pass. We asked what to get and they suggested $35 purchase. We used it a lot, including a return trip to Manly on the ferry from Central Quay."
