You can stroll along Circular Quay for relaxing water views when you're in The Rocks. Let yourself be amazed at the museums in the area – your cultural tour starts here. If you carry on walking you'll get to Overseas Passenger Terminal, King Street Wharf, and Woolloomooloo Wharf for some more water views.
If you want to see a show while you're in town, Sydney Opera House in Sydney Central Business District should be top of your list. Why not take a stroll along the port and watch the sunset while you're here? If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Open Air Cinema is just a short walk away.
If you're planning a bit of sightseeing, head to Sydney Harbour Bridge – just one of the monuments located 0.9 mi (1.5 km) from the centre of Sydney. Why not take a stroll along the port and watch the sunset while you're here?

"I stayed in the Deluxe Studio room with 1 King Bed and Harbor View. To be honest when I booked my stay via Expedia I wasn’t paying too much attention as to whether the hotel was a 5 star or 4 star, but the minute I stepped into my room my eyes lit up and I started paying attention. Firstly all the lighting, temperature control and blinds are controlled by touch sensitive switches, pretty sleek. When you enter your studio, touch the ‘blinds open’ switch, the blinds open automatically and you are greeted with an immaculate looking kitchen and living room with a breathtaking view of the harbour. Walking into the bedroom is a whole new experience, have the blinds open automatically and you get immersed with the harbour view right next to your king sized bed, so waking up each morning was an experience I’ll never forget. The bathroom comes with rainfall shower and bathtub along with designer toiletries that smell great. Having my rainfall shower each morning was always one of the highlights of my day before heading out for breakfast at the on-site restaurant called the BTWN. Like I said earlier this opened my eyes to what a 5 star hotel really means. Lastly, to top up the experience of my entire stay, the staff and Studio Insider Manager went out of their way to ensure my stay or needs were treat as a priority, at least that’s how it felt to me and this truly made me feel welcome and of significance more than they may know, thanks you all. "Check-in and concierge services were very friendly and helpful. We really liked the hotel and the suite. The only issue we encountered was the very inconsistent information regarding a late check-out.
The day before our departure, we were told to ask again in the evening because the daily rate was not yet known. In the evening, we were then told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could only check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am. On the day of departure, we were once again informed that a late check-out was not possible.
It was only when we spoke to a more experienced staff member that we learned a late check-out was in fact available for an extra charge. We happily paid this fee and were able to check out at 3 pm. This was very important for us as we were travelling with two small children and our flight to Europe was not scheduled until 10 pm.
