"Everyting was exceptional! From vallet parking and bag service on arrival, to easy check in, great advice and recomendations right through to checkout. We were only there overnight but it was a great experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean, cozy, comfortable a d location was amazing and close to stores fold and shopping. "Location and price were extremely good. The bus shuttle was also convenient as it runs 24/7. Room was clean and updated. The property is in good condition. I recommend this hotel stay for travelers needing a one night stay before the next leg of their journey.
One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not across from door 8, but rather 30 meters to the right after exiting door 8. "
"Super cool hotel! Did a quickie stay, had a red eye and this one was near the airport. We were wishing we could’ve stayed longer at this one! It got noisy at night, there was a noisy group of people hanging out in the hall or near the restaurant, we had a ground floor room, but when I called front desk about it, they resolved it right away. Friendly staff and the rooms are well maintained! "
